“Слово о полку Игореве”. Новый перевод с комментарием
В книге представлен новый поэтический перевод «Слова…» с комментарием к нему. Концептуальная новизна перевода подробно поясняется в комментарии. Во главу угла автор ставит проблему певца и правителя, анализируя принятие решений героев с точки зрения их целей, ценностей, стратегий и психологии. Всё это проливает свет и на смысл концовки, позволяя неординарно увязать её с началом. Новизна подхода связана не только со стилем перевода, но, в первую очередь, с интерпретацией Бояна, Игоря и Святослава, а также повествователя, которого Зубарева анализирует в качестве ещё одного персонажа.

...Lunar Rhapsody is not a collection of isolated poems, but rather an uninterrupted myth of the moon, cosmos, and human soul. All parts of the collection – from the cycle of the same name to “Blue Beard” – grow from that myth. To read the myth, however, one should have his own “key” because, like the moon itself, the myth is composed of various “faces” that touch upon different sides of the lunar kingdom, including the dark ones.
